Max Greenfield, born September 4, 1980 in Dobbs Ferry, New York, USA, is an American actor, best known for his role as in the FOX sitcom "New Girl".
Greenfield has made many guest roles on shows such as Gilmore Girls, Undressed, and Boston Public, and on The O.C.. M
In 2008, Greenfield appeared as gay college student Michael in Greek on ABC Family; in 2010, as English teacher Mr. Robbins in No Ordinary Family, and in 2011, as Ian the coffee shop owner in Happy Endings.
Greenfield's film credits include the indie coming-of-age film "Cross Bronx", which won awards at the Tribeca Film Festival, as well as the Cinevegas and Urban World festivals.
In 2011, Greenfield starred in the Fox sitcom "New Girl", portraying the role of Schmidt, the stereotypical "douchebag" of the group.
